Bidra med feedbackThis morning was my first time going inside the store since Covid began, and while both people working the drive-through window had facemasks on, the woman making and handling the drinks and the man making the food both did not have masks on at all. Not only is this unsanitary for restaurant workers and disgusting but the fact that they only have the visible workers to drive-through customers wearing facemasks feels very deceptive.
I did enjoy getting my coffee here on the way to work. Most of the time makes a good coffee. But I won't support the owner and forcing people to wear masks when it is no longer a mandate in martin county. This Dunkin lost my business forever. This is not a communist country we have our rights.
I decided to try this place because I enjoy Dunkin's coffee, but every morning I encounter a girl at the microphone who has a really negative attitude. She never tells me the price of my order, regardless of what I get, and it's always more than I'd expect if I weren't getting the coffee.
Every time I visit this Dunkin', I find myself waiting in line for about 20 minutes, even if there's just one person ahead of me. To make matters worse, they often get my order wrong after all that wait. I've attempted to use the mobile ordering option to speed things up, but it still takes a long time to get my order. I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.
I decided to give this place a try because I enjoy Dunkin's coffee, but I've had a disappointing experience every morning. The girl at the drive-thru speaker always seems so negative. No matter what I order, she never informs me of the prices. I ended up paying more than I would have if I didn't need the coffee.
