My family and I stopped here on the 8th. October 2022, to eat at 4:00. The sign at the door said even seat what we did. We sat at a stand and waited 15 minutes with menus open to someone who comes to our table. The work in the section was a blond female server. We saw how she brought drinks to tables and checked her customers. Then she went on to wipe tables. What was most shocking, she started folding a plastic table cloth right next to our table. She never recognized us, even though we fell on her. She kept her consciously back to us and ignored us. I even went to the bar where four female servers stood, and they ignored me. After 30 minutes, we're gone. The only reason I could think that my family was ignored was that we are an Asian family. I used to be a server and worked in the restaurant business, and I know when a place is busy and is a server in the weed. That wasn't the case. If a server could wipe the tables comfortably and take time to fold a plastic tablecloth, it was not too busy to say hello or someone will soon be with you. I could just say that it was RACISM that we were not waited or recognized, especially when I went to the bar to ask for service.

Loved the atmosphere, but come ready to spend some time, it was full. Everything looked clean, and we were welcomed quite quickly. Chicken fingerplate was good, but I had the Texas Burger. It was cooked exactly as I ordered, but came with onions I had asked to be omitted. Showing this on the server did not help. She literally stared at me. I asked if they could simply remove the onions (there was a heap) and replace the cheese and the BBQ sauce that would be lost if the onions were removed. Meat and Texas Toast rolls were good, reused. Blink, blink, she stood there. I asked for cutlery and did it myself. Then I ate my almost cheese less, sauce less burgers, which I notice now, was also not seasoned. Point of my long review is to ensure that your server repeats your order, so if it is not correct, you can send it back and not persist.
