Compton's Pancake House - STROUDSBURG

Best pancakes I ever had! They were light and fluffy and the apple and caramel topping was not too heavy... just right! Bacon was perfect! Even the coffee was very good... no bitter after taste. I Would highly recommend Compton's!!

Really LOVED this place!! Really cute and VERY CLEAN interior! And that is absolutely important to me. Very large menu and the prices were reasonable. And the staff made us feel like we had been coming there for years! We loved our waitress. She saw toour every need with a smile and a very nice attitude! We didn't have to wait long for the food and there was plenty of it! Itwas all so delicious. My only complaint would be that my omelet had raw onions in it and I HATE RAW ONIONS!???? But hopefullynext time I can ask for sautéed onions. Because we all agreed that we enjoyed the food so much that even though this place isan hour from home that it's worth coming back for, plus there was the best thrift store up the street we found some greatdeals in! So even though you guys won't remember us, we will definitely remember you and we can't wait to head back for somegreat company and another YUMMY meal!!!

Truly a wonderful place to have breakfast. As the name suggests, the pancakes here are a must! So fluffy, light, and delicious. The service is great and there?s a good senior discount available.

Even though the place was busy on a Sunday around noon, they seated us promptly. The food came out pretty quickly and was absolutely delicious! The cheesecake and caramel pancakes were to die for. The bacon was crispy and the chicken strips werejuicy and flavorful. The potato pancakes were crispy and flavorful. The best breakfast I had in a while.

Delicious food!! Service was fast. Staff, super nice stopped by often to make sure you were all set everything you needed. Reasonable prices. I totally recommend this place.
