Bidra med feedbackGreat lunch in quiet rural setting. Generous portions, selection of beers, dog friendly. Would definitely go again
The prawn baguette was excellent. Really big prawns and juicy!. The brie, bcon and cranberry baguette my other half had was also very nice. Good beer. Freindly staff, Nice sunny day. Whats not to like ?
Booked table in advance for Friday evening, at 7.30 pm were told the main dauphinoir potatoes the main accompliment with th belly pork had run out so the substitute was chips? Or mash?. Had to wait 45mins between starter and mains. Pretty poor when your restaurant was full,
Sat outside, pub great, just by the river/canal.look, meals are approx £14.00,same most places but plates are big and we went away feeling full and having value for money, rare these days, staff lovely and pub lovely inside.
Lovely family run pub in a gorgeous location by the canal with a beautiful awning for windy wet days and a decking for sunny ones too. The garden has a lovely little park for families and is grassy ideal for some of the music afternoon/nights we've spent here enjoying local singers and talent. Food is really lovely and the family can't do enough to please their customers, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and a fabulous pub for locals which we'll be back to again and again. Thanks so much! Great for a walk or a cycle ride too in a gorgeous location for the Severn Bore as well. Now they have a few rooms to let too. Well done to the Dangerfields for making a real success of a local pub!
