Wendy's - Strongsville

Wish it was possible to give this store 0 stars. absolutely terrible. we order by doordash and our order is wrong every time.

Arrived at 11pm when they close at 12. There was a truck unloading next to the drive thru. I was then told she “can’t take no orders right now” and when i asked when they would be able to she said “i’m going to need you to move away from MY truck” (as a wendy's drive thru employee). I was not aware drive thru employees can close the store whenever they don’t feel like taking orders. Terrible attitude and not apologetic in the slightest.

Not the first time the woman working the drive through has given customers an attitude. I'm not sure if she's having a bad day or hates her job but that's no reason to take it out on others. I hadn't heard her say wait one moment and was met with an awful attitude. She's always rude everytime anyone I know goes through the drive through and she's working. Don't work with people especially in the food industry if you don't like people or don't have the patience. Also very rude to other workers and talks down upon them infront of customers. She needs to get a grip.

I ordered a double Dave’s burger and i found a big peace hair in it so i went back to tell them about that and asked for a refund so the lady threw another cheeseburger in my face and ignored me she didn’t want to give me a refund.

They were having a problem with the card reader for the drive thru orders. I had no cash on me, so the cashier-with the approval of her supervisor and then, I believe, her manager, agreed to give me my food for free. Very friendly, gracious and funny staff. I don't eat fast foo very often, but if I am in the area, I would take a chance at this location again.
