Starbucks - Strongsville

The new Starbucks on pearl road across from Walmart is excellent!! Ashli makes awesome drinks!

Always good to grab a coffee before shopping. Wait can be long at times, just be aware of that

I go here 3-5 days a week sometimes twice a day, I order the same thing 90% of the time (grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew), yet for the last 3 months only once a week does it have vanilla in it. I know there are shortages, but if you don’t have vanilla and someone orders a drink that requires that, I would assume they would say something about not having vanilla.I don’t like complaining because I know at the end of the day, the employees are working hard and have a lot on their plate especially during the holiday season, however I spend a lot of money here between myself, my husband and kids and it’s honestly sad that now I have more worry than excitement when I go wondering if they put vanilla in my standard vanilla drink.

Ok first of all it always has a slow line at drive through at this location and the way it’s set up if your leaving drive thru you always get blocked in by the cars waiting in the line that wraps around the building. As far as the food goes the breakfast sandwiches always have super hard bread and the mocha tasted like the espresso was burnt. Not my choice of locations when venturing out for Starbucks.
