Bidra med feedbackFood wasn’t the best but the service was awesome. Ian was our waiter and seemed to be one of the only servers on the place. He made sure our drinks were full and took care of everyone else. Very sweet kid. Professional and personable. We really enjoyed it!
Server/Mgr.Amber OMG Awesome ALL the way around. Food Delicious Price GRRRRR 8. WILL be back!!!
We were greeted by the rudest hostess I’ve ever seen, not only was she rude to in coming customers but also to the girl working with her. They were not staffed well at all. Our server Ian was awesome,he was called back in to work after working the early shift and missed Mother’s Day dinner with his own mom,he gets a big thumbs up. Food was average at best.
The one star is because there is no option for a zero. I went to a very empty dining room with my family of five. We waited 5 minutes for two hostess to determine where we would sit (here we questioned our dinner choice but made the bad decision to stay with it). We clearly did not fit in the booth offered to us. After waiting 40 minutes for food we were notified that there were 2 sides not available and opted for another side option. The drinks delivered were incorrect and not properly carbonated. There was a 5-7 y/o girl running around between the kitchen and hostess stand. We watched several to go people come in for orders who themselves waited long periods of time. Eventually, we asked for rolls which were delivered appearing that they had been burned on the bottoms so the bottoms were cut off. Again I asked for food and was told they were short staffed. I constantly saw people walking past our tables several times with no agenda and three standing out front smoking. When our food did come out my medium well steak was very well done, macaroni was cold and the baked potatoes that were asked for as substitutes were not ready. 20 more minutes later we received the baked potatoes hard as a rock and inedible. Needless to say we politely accepted out ticket and removed ourselves from this particular O’Charleys determined to never stop by when in Alabaster again.
O'Charley's Restaurant Bar pretty place with very friendly staff. Good food. My cider plank salmon was delicious and juicy. My husband's steak was okay. A small piece of steak and small chicken tenders don't worse $18 dollars. Coleslaw wasn't fresh. I would recommend Cider plank salmon, asparagus, and campfire potatoes. Cider plank salmon with 2 sides: $20 dollars, but it's a big piece of salmon. 5 stars salmon but 4 stars steak. And we waited too long for our order but in the restaurant was not many people.
