Food is always good. Staff not always friendliest when handling orders or customers.

I ordered 2 #17s Mike's Way with extra tomatoes and my Alabaster location knocked my order out of the park! It was prepared EXACTLY the way I ordered it and it was ready when I arrived.Thank you to the cook who prepared my subs and the manger on duty (may have been the same person)!

The employees at the alabaster location are awesome

Walked in the door to grab a sandwich for me and my wife on the way home from work and little did I know I was walking into the most unprofessional service. It was absolutely crazy how this woman acted and treated me when I tried to make small talk and was polite to her she had a very rude tone and said multiple passive aggressive comments of how I was asking her to make my sandwich. After her terrible attitude and annoyed tone she then took my receipt that had her name and threw it in the trash and gave meA copy so her name wouldn’t be on it. I have zero clue who hired this lady but she needs to be non customer facing in the very back acting like she was. She appeared to be in her mid 30s early 40s maybe. Maybe younger. Brownish blonde hair and she was about 5’3-5’5 ft tall and slim. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. The other employee was very very professional and when the unprofessional employee walked outside I guess to smoke he said he was sorry for her behavior and how she treated me and offered me a free drink but I politely declined because I had drinks already. The African American younger kid was awesome, but that mid age woman needs to sit down with the owner and get aWake up call. She cannot treat people like that, absolutely insane.

Rude arrive at 7 and ordered a sandwich they push u out of there tryna clean and they don't close until 9. Bad service alabaster location won't return. There's a couple trying dine in they told them just mopped like they didn't want them dining in. Food wasn't good this go round.
