Interstellar Ginger Beer And Exploration Co.

I popped in with a Groupon i bought on a whelm. This is a place I've been wanting to visit but i just kept putting off. It was the last day of spring break and no one was there but us. But that didn't stop the amazing customer service. We were treated like old friends, they even tried to find the basketball game my step dad wanted to watch on the tv. We swapped old stories and not for one moment we're we treated like we were any less important than a bar full of people. The bartender told us of the upcoming events and invited us back to see the place in full swing. I can't wait to spend some time there again.

Great spot to grab a delicious beer or cocktail. I’m usually not a ginger beer fan, but this place has changed my mind. Absolutely loved the variety of drinks to choose from and everything was delicious. This will be a new go-to for us.

Great little brewery specializing in all kinds of ginger beer. I have been several times and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Fun place to hang out.

Most definitely a hidden gem! This is our new favorite date night place. Shane is amazing in his ginger beer knowledge. If you've never had a ginger beet I recommend stopping in and getting one...or two!

Love this beer and wanted to experience the tasting room. Super fun and accommodating bartender lady walked us through the flights and flavors. Small tasting room but packed with personality. Took home two 4 packs. So refreshing and unique worth the drive!
