Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Just got a blizzard with two toppings and there’s almost none of either in it. I’d go back to complain but I got it right before closing. Waste of $7

Quick travel stop easy access and quick service. Meal was hot and fresh. Bun was soft, blizzard was delicious!

Doordasher, waited for the delivery for 10 minutes, got the food and reminded the employee that there were three blizzards on the order as well, she informed whoever was making the blizzards that the dasher was here for the order and he could make them, 20 minutes go by and i watch order after order go out for people who arrived long after me i finally ask how much longer a wait itll be and they say “oh sorry we’ll get right on that” ten minutes later a different person comes out can tells me to cancel the order and itll be another 30 minutes, whole hour of my time wasted with no pay because of them, dont order doordash from here if you care about getting your order in a timely manner or if you care about even having dashers patient enough to deal with that.

The restaurant was clean, however the cashier took our order wrong and charged us for 2 sundaes instead of a medium vanilla cone and small cup of vanilla ice cream. Then they were very confused about how to fix the issue.

We stood in line for over 25 minutes to purchase a already made cake. No one working acknowledged me or the other 10-15 people lined up in the lobby for 25 minutes. Drive thru was moving but the lobby was at a complete standstill. Had i not promised my daughter the cake i would have left. We will find a different place to get cakes from in the future. Horrible customer service
