Verde - Stratton Mountain

Chef Aaron played a perfect game. It was a meal I'll remember for years, one of the best meals I've ever eaten. It was a seven course tasting menu, each dish better than the previous, each course delivers the highest brands in execution, creativity, technology, presentation and ingredients. I don't joke, everything was perfect, it was a meal to compare all the others. Make yourself a favor and make a point to eat in Verde.

The Midweek Special cannot be beaten. Exceptional food! My compliments to the cook will come back soon.

We have been eating at Verde for more than 10 years and had the chance this weekend to introduce a few of our friends to Verde. After reading a review from a recent diner, I was immediately concerned that I had made the wrong choice for dinner as this person complained of the quality of the food following a change in management. Whatever those issues may have been a month ago, I can assure you that Verde did not disappoint — an amazing meal for 8 of us with a great atmosphere and terrific service.
