Hand Made Noodle - Strathfield

The noodle with their irregular shape, it gives your tongue and month a different kind of sensation. It an extra layer of food experience.Only 10 choices, including hot, cold noodle and rice. Ingredients are eggs, kimchi, potatoes, pi-pi, tofu. Very simple and pale in tastes(you can always add chilli), may be so you can enjoy the soup and noodle better.All $10. I tried the pi-pi of same price. Serving size is a bit small for a big man. Extra noodle for $3.Under the train station, it's away from other restaurants. Whole shop probably can only accommodate 10 customers.Wonderful food.

The main dish they promote falls short of the authentic version, with everything else being very average.

You can't go wrong with the signature dish at this restaurant: the handmade beef noodle soup. It's sure to impress.

After hearing fantastic reviews about the city branch, I decided to check it out myself. I was pleasantly surprised, even though I had high expectations.
