McDonald's - Stratford

Absolutely disgusting working environment. Food took 20 min for pretty much nothing.Looks like less then edible.

This McDonald's location is adorable. The restaurant was spotless, the service was excellent and fast. The staff were very friendly. It was a convenient pit stop while on a long road trip.

I have attempted to visit this restaurant's "24 hour drive thru" for the 6th time, only to find it closed at 11pm. It is frustrating to see it closed, especially in a town where events end at 11pm, particularly in the summer. I have tried visiting at varying times between 12-3am, with the same result of finding it closed. Despite seeing people inside, they either ignore me or give excuses about rebooting the system. I am eager to give them my business, but they need to make it more convenient or update their operating hours.

I understand that it's McDonald's. They have cheap food and low wages for their employees, but that's no reason to be apathetic. Show some enthusiasm, put on a smile, and go above and beyond. You may find that customers start smiling back at you and you might even start to enjoy your job more. Who knows, maybe you'll even get a pay raise. I'll continue to come back for the affordable food, but I hope one day to be pleasantly surprised by a more enjoyable experience.

Wish this McDonald’s would just get shut down already. The staff do not care about the food they are making. Every time I order from this location my food is ALWAYS cold! It’s pretty pathetic that you can’t serve people hot food! Nuggets are hard as a rock! Fries are always undercooked and cold.
