Pret A Manger - Stratford-on-Avon

I recently visited Great Pret in Stratford and was impressed by the friendly staff and delicious food options for vegetarians and vegans. It is one of the largest Pret cafes outside of London, with ample seating that is very wheelchair and pushchair friendly. I also appreciated the free filtered water offered at the coffee pick up. Overall, a great experience!

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently excellent. Although I had a subpar experience when it first opened, the staff training has since improved. I rarely miss out on my favorite dishes because the fridges are well stocked. The quality of the produce is top-notch, and the new recipes, such as the delicious chicken pesto wrap, have been very impressive.

I have been a loyal fan of Pret for a long time, and this particular location is the best one I have been to. The location is great, there are good vegan options, and the coffee is perfect. However, as of August 2018, I have downgraded my rating. There are now fewer vegan options available, and they are often sold out. The current manager is always unwilling to make any vegan food if they are out of stock.

Decent selection, but service is mediocre at the best of times. On todays visit, the food was a mix of good and bad. Soup and salmon was excellent, but wrap was falling apart and no dairy free options seemed available.
