I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. It took 50 minutes to arrive, which was acceptable. However, both pizzas were stone cold with no heat. I don't like microwaved pizza, so I left over half of the meat pizza untouched and only ate one piece of the cheese and tomato pizza. This was a very disappointing first experience with this delivery service. I should have asked for a refund as the pizzas were inedible.

Ordered 4 pizzas and garlic bread for delivery. Arrived on time. Pizza a bit tasteless but the garlic bread went straight in the bin. Dry and bland, no garlic taste whatsoever. First and last time I'd use papa johns.

I placed an order using an online app and waited for over an hour before I decided to follow up on my order. I was told to wait another hour, but ultimately the food never arrived. When I asked for a refund through the app, I was told that Papa John's did not want to issue a refund due to a busy night for them. I called Papa John's directly and after being put on hold while they figured out the situation, I was told that they would cook the food, include some free items, and deliver it to me if I was willing to wait another half an hour. This was frustrating as I had already waited over two hours. They refused to refund me, blaming the app instead. Two and a half hours later, I still had no food, no refund, and a disappointed child.
