Marks And Spencers Cafe

I had a wonderful experience at the cafe today thanks to Hayley, who took great care of me. She served me a delicious Eggs Royale and went out of her way to ensure I had a fantastic brunch, even going down to the shop to get smoked salmon when they ran out. Despite the extra effort, my breakfast was served promptly and I absolutely loved it. I highly recommend visiting this cafe not only for the high quality food but also for the warm and friendly staff. I give it a 10/10! Thank you, Kate Duke.

Today, we went to a café and observed some customers behaving rudely by reserving tables while their friends or family were still in line, which prevented other customers from finding a seat. I want to commend Debbie for consistently reminding these customers that they could not reserve tables, despite being treated disrespectfully at times. Some customers even tried to claim a table after being told they couldn't reserve one. Great job, Debbie. Xx Judy.

I stopped for a cup of tea while shopping and was surprised that it was served without a saucer. A bit of etiquette please!

We decided to do some shopping in Marks and Spencer and then went to the Cafe for a nice snack. Service was friendly and quick.
