Bidra med feedbackI ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was honestly terrible. The food tasted like it had been cooked in old oil with burnt food residue. Both the chicken and fries tasted like burnt oil. I called and spoke to the GM who was working in the restaurant and was told they were cooked in separate fryers and both in fresh new oil. I find this EXTREMELY hard to believe. Unless the fresh new oil was poured into dirty fryers, there’s no way that was true. The GM was very nice, but the food was horrible and overpriced. Nothing was done to rectify the issue. I will not be going back.
The tenders were fantastic! My only thing is I felt bad for the sole employee working! She was amazing though I am not sure I could be anywhere near as good while being the only person working.
I got the spicy chicken sandwich combo which admittedly wasn't as spicy as I typically like, and it took about 10 minutes to get my order. However, once I got home which is about a 10 minute drive the sandwich was still screaming hot and the fries tasted fresh and crispy. I have a feeling they fry the chicken to order which would explain the extended wait time. It's also not a giant chain which I highly support. I recommend giving them a try. Just know that it isn't a chick-fil-a or popeyes in terms of speed.
12.50 for a pile of everything on a sandwich and fries, .5 a piece for sauce. Manager was working alone and without gloves.
Chicken tenders burned . . . and they sent them out anyway, is there no quality control in place?? Will not order again! Onion rings acceptable!
