Big Street - Strasbourg

At the base we went there to eat. but when you get a big disappointment. the owner changed, and the quality of the card also. formerly flam and co today big street, the former owner left with quality. after reflection we decided to drink a drink and leave. fortunately because 2 drinks 20 minutes waiting, and the restaurant was not very far from there. I had dinner here midweek with colleagues. I ate a "tarte flamée" (a kind of local specialty pizza but with fromage blanc or crème fraîche) both as a main course and dessert. They were pretty good, in particular the sweet tarte flammée with apple and cinnamon. The service was quick albeit that the restaurant was not very busy. Prices were reasonable. The decor is curious - looks a bit like a Japanese suchi bar. It also has very interesting toilets - worth a look.

Fast food of flammkuech with hidden bar with a nice cocktail atmosphere made to measure good time with felt music and comfortable armchairs we took advantage of the snack while leaving to try!
