The Venue - Strandhill

We had a family gathering arranged for the best part of a year! Logistics were tricky but nothing was beyond The Venue when we arrived! The Manageress was helpful, cool calm collected! A real winner. The staff all gelled well not easy with the volume of customers! We were 13 with 13 different plates which was presented in perfect timing! Well done to the kitchen staff too! The bar staff were brilliant too and as for the music later on do yourself s favour and visit soon!

Fantastic place. We wanted to enjoy fish and sea food and were not disappointed. Will return again.

We dined at The Venue on Monday 21st August. My wife and I were give a very spacious table looking out over Strandhill Bay. We both agreed the food was excellent. I had the Medallions of Beef and was very impressed.. All the staff were very courteous and attentive and looked after all our needs. The venue sets a very high standard to all its customers and it is very evident when you are there. Quite impressive actually. I would highly recommend the venue for great food great service anda view to die for. If you're in this area don't miss it. Best Regards, Ian Ryan.

I don’t often write restaurant reviews, but I just had to say something about the meal I had here a few days ago. It was exceptional! I ordered the jumbo prawns in garlic and they were cooked to perfection, succulent with just the right hint of sweetness, and the sauce was incredible. I also highly recommend the pear and apple crumble for dessert. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the view from our table was amazing!!

This is a really excellent Restaurant. Great menu choice, top quality food, very good wine list, and efficient very friendly service. Add in the views and this place won't be beaten in Strandhill or indeed much further afield.
