Matterhorn - STOWE

Amazing service and amazing food. The pizza has a really good smokey taste. Mango Tango Roll was very good that we had to order a second. Recommended to set up reservations as the restaurant was very busy, also for a Tuesday night.

This place is amazing. They have great food and great vibe. They have plenty of liquor options and same goes for food as well. Their sushi, pizzas are mouthwatering. Try to take a reservation in advance before visiting to this place.

We were confused when we were told that this place was a dive bar and has good sushi because you would never normally have both of those things. The pizza and sushi were definitely both great! I wouldn’t exactly call it a dive bar but it seemed like a really lively local vibe bar and was a good time and atmosphere. The service was good and they were all working hard as it’s as really busy

Request River Room....Sushi was phenomenal!!! Tuna Salmon Poke bowl...Mango roll...Lobster roll with clam chowder...Food was amazing!!! Excellent customer service...thanks RJ for taking great care of us and making great drinks as well my Elderberry Margarita...Excellent!!! Highly recommend!!!

When I say I was pleasantly surprised, I was PLEASANTLY surprised! This place was SO good and one of the better meals we had during our visit to Stowe! We had a large group on our ski trip so it was tough to find a place to accommodate all of us, but Matterhorn did an awesome job of fitting our group of 15 in on St. Paddy's Day! At first, I was a bit skeptical because they serve sushi, pizza, and many other dishes (thought sushi and pizza were a weird combo lol), but honestly, the sushi was amazing along with everything else we ordered! We kinda did a haj paj of meals traditional wings, dumplings, sushi, burgers, desserts, etc. For apps, we ordered deep fried pork dumplings, sushi: viagra roll crab rangoon roll, burger: BBQ burger, desserts: Maine whoopie pies, and more! If you are looking for a place to dine, I definitely recommend making a visit to The Matterhorn!
