I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. They consistently forget to include items in your order, even after multiple attempts. The food is also served cold. It seems like they are unable to accurately read and fulfill orders.
Apparently there is a cream cheese shortage. This has been a pattern with Tim’s, when I order a bagel and cream cheese. This time the entire bagel was falling apart, ripped apart into quarters.. burnt too. Lovely.. ?Unfortunately it seems like the quality of this location is constantly either just thrown together with no care or the order is wrong. Sometimes both.. the employees don’t seem to know what they’re doing or care. I’ve been ignored a multitude of times, while standing in store, as like keeps building.They never have any donuts. The new formula for the icing just melts right off the donuts, even while sitting in the display…Brutal. It’s definitely a location issue but on a bigger scheme it is a franchise issue.Sad to see a Canadian staple just go right down the tubes..
I went through the drive thru at Tim Hortons after using mobile app to buy chili . They had none by the time I got to the counter . They said I have to go through app they can’t give me my money back . I said I come here everyday . They said well don’t come back . I then went in Facebook to complain . All Tim Hortons on Facebook says is they can give me coupons or decide to refund . This is totally ridiculous . All I was offered from the store was to come back and get the chilli later .The store never offered this until I complained . They were not offering me anything . I had already gone to McDonald’s and eaten . This is ridiculous . They offered chili tomorrow for but am too scared they wouldn’t give me as I have had problems with Tim Hortons before . The attitude of the staff are not very inviting . I will try to avoid this Tim Hortons if possible . It’s close to me but I don’t like be treated like thisMichele
The employees at this Tim Hortons location consistently have difficulty getting orders correct and frequently leave out items. The owner should invest in better training for the staff to improve service. I have already contacted head office with this issue, but they have not offered a resolution or shown any improvement.
