Bidra med feedbackSmoked Prime Rib was excellent. Very cool atmosphere and excellent service. I'm definitely back.
The food was delicious, the service was great and Beca took care of us. If you like grill, stop.
Big BBQ and sides including Grandmas potato salad! Eat peanuts and throw the bowls on the ground type of space! Prime Rib on weekends.
I'm from Georgia, where I stay in Sac City and have been looking for a BBQ community for two months and finally came across this hidden gem. I had the best recorder that contains 4 bones of pork ribs, about half a pound of chicken and half a pound or more of Prime Rib. I have to admit that I wasn't impressed by the chicken. It was dry and seemed to be dark meat that is great, but it is hard to dry dark meat. The pork ribs were so delicate that I pulled out every bone from one by one before I even started eating that they were so juicy. The Smoky taste was punctual, but it was missing from spices. Even a bit more salt would have made a world of difference. The main nativity is 2 to none, I could eat this every day of my life and be happy. Just perfect. For the sides I got the potato salad that was excellent and I got the spicy beans. I wasn't impressed. They were spicy and that's the point. No bbq taste or seasoning, only bland. The free corbread was delicious, but extremely dry, I would like to have it right from the oven, I am sure there is a world of difference. There are 4 different sauces to choose, I have the Mississippi honey, which was brilliant, my wife got the Memphis sauce, which was also very good. You have a Georgia mustard sauce and a Carolina red sauce I don't doubt is very good, but the problem is, I'm from Georgia, right at the border of South Carolina. South Carolina is known for its MUSTARD SAUCE and Georgia it is known for its RED BASED SAUCE. Georgia is NOT a must-based state. That should be addressed, or maybe I'm just a sticker because I come here. Overall I go back and forth, it's a damn good restaurant with a great atmosphere and a huge 64 ounce of beer served in a 64 ounces Mason Jar. You get a free T-shirt from what I hear when you get 5 with a stamp card. Sounds worth the attempt.
Can't say enough great things about this place. The food was some of the best BBQ I've had and the silos of beer made for an even better experience. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was next level. Will definitely be back again.
