Popo Pizzeria Trattoria

The flavor was good on the pizza. The eggplant parm was good too. The service was excellent. The place is small, service is consistently good, clean dining area, easy parking.

One word.. DELICIOUS! Now this is real Italian food. I promise you, you will not find this kind of food anywhere else. I started off with a Caesar salad, the lettuce was crisp and fresh. Our appetizer was the fried calamari along with zucchini and shrimp. So much flavor with each bite! Lastly our main course was the Cioppino. AMAZING! Nothing like I've ever had in my life. It was so savory I cannot wait to come back again. Along with the food being so good the staff was very friendly, our waitress Maria and the owner Gerry were extremely helpful and walked us through the menu. The restaurant was extremely clean as well. We will be regulars for sure!

My friend was craving cioppino and we saw it was on the menu. We had never been to any of the Po Po locations and the menu and railings looked good. I ordered the spaghetti cacio e pepe and my friend had the cioppino. We had salads to start and wine by the glass. House salad was fresh and good portion. Entrees were completely disappointing. The cacio e pepe had 20+ whole pepper corns that were stuck in the pasty sauce. I had to pick them out. The sauce itself was blah. The cioppino portion was impressive with lots of seafood. However the calamari and fish were fried! Instead of a broth, the fish was covered in a red sauce. The service was great but Po Po is a no no.

Italian size portions! This place has great portions for the price you pay. I had the eggplant parmigiana and it was super good. Had a nice crust of cheesy goodness that just melts in your mouth. The spaghetti is as good, nothing to write home about. I'll definitely be coming back for their other options, I'd also love to try their pizza!

This was my first time dining in since they had changed their name I am so so happy that the quality of the food and service has not changed! Our server was so great, kind and welcoming. He even refilled our water cups about 5 times without hesitation. The ambiance is still the same but you do not go up and pick your food rather sit down at a table and order with a server like at a normal restaurant. Overall was a fantastic visit will be coming back when craving some quick and tasty Italian food.
