Mcalister's Deli

Needed more cashier's. Place was way too cold. They didn't serve coffee. Employees are nice and patient. Food was excellent. Prices were ok.

Horrible experience. Ordered online and still had to wait 5 min for my order which was wrong:?

Just had a great experience coming back to McAlisters. Margarito made my dine in experience even better! His great customer service made my day!!! Highly recommend and will tell others about my favorite spot!

Met daughter for lunch. French dip was great. Place was clean. My previous experience was location at Pat Booker Rd. Carpet was filfy and grossed me out. Daughter said this place was good and she was right. Ordered cookie and cashier went looking for 'less ' toasty cookies. Wish I got her name.Couldn 't believe my daughter paid $40.01 for our lunch. I felt bad about that. There was no change and of course she has the receipt so I can 't say where the extra cost was.

Ordered a grilled cheese with turkey and no tomatoes, was given a grilled cheese with bacon. Asked to have it changed they then brought me a sandwich covered in mustard which I didn’t ask for. Then when they remade it a second time I was given a sandwich completely without cheese and just a bunch of turkey and my side was taken away and not given back until after my meal. Not sure what the issue was, felt like I was being messed with. Sucks, felt like a nice place. Ended up leaving and not even eating my food, waste of money and time. ??‍
