If I could give them a 0! I would! They started this new mobile lane instead of having both drive thru lanes. I didn 't know, accidentally went in the mobile lane and only needed a spicy chicken sandwich. Gave me a hard time, after waiting in lane for 10 minutes. She said Larisa I needed to drive back around and go into the ordering lane! Again! Are you serious! I 'm not a customer because I 'm in a wrong lane!! These kids need to learn a customer is a customer! Regardless how they got there!

I was disappointed with this CFA because they’ve messed up almost all of my orders when I come. Yesterday, I went for fries and asked for CFA sauce. When I was there, it wasn’t full, it was just me. My fries weren’t full and I didn’t get any sauce. I had to go back and was told I had to go through the drive thru which was packed. The people that helped kind of blew me off. I just wanted my sauce :
