Molly's Cafe - Stonehaven

Small, cosy cafe, attentive service and quality food.

Lovely location , was very busy at lunchtime so just had a takeaway coffee.

Great place for a meal, drinks, or coffee and cake.

Looked forward to breakfast on recent trip to Stonehaven but disappointed. Long wait for food to arrive although offered more drinks which of course adds to cost. Pancakes tasted slightly greasy and very small portion of berries/yogurt. Scrambled eggs and mushrooms ok. Nice place and staff pleasant.

We stopped by Molly’s on our first night in Stonehaven. We got the Lemon Sole and Battered Fish and Chips. The Sole was excellent and the battered haddock was crisp with a buttery consistency on the inside. Our only small complaint was the chips being a bit overdone, but that may be the local preference for all we know. Service was excellent and the venue is cozy and inviting.
