Store hours say they close at 6 it's 530 and the doors locked

Supposedly they don't make breakfast anymore the old man that works there refuses to make it that's why nobody goes there anymore and he's very rude

Employee must of been high or on drugs because I was asking for a large iced coffee 4 cream/4 Carmel Swirl. Said he didn?t understand how to do that from hot coffee. Said why would we order a coffee different. Then he was talking over me and my sisterabout how the coffee was gonna be different. We asked if he was ok or if he was high (his eyes were red and glossy). We didn?teven bother finishing our order. I order from Dunkin? on a regular basis

I place a mobile order here and when I entered the store the owner told me they weren't open yet. It was 5:10am at that point and he told me I had to wait 20mins for them to open. I tried to cancel my order but the app doesn't let you. It's not the firsttime I have been here but it certainly is the last. The other times I have gone they either didn't have what I wanted or theymessed it up.

The intercom was hard to hear because people were power washing next door. I drove up to the window to order and the owner refused to serve me and talked down to me. I explained I couldn't hear and he kept saying I needed to wait and wouldn't serveme. He wanted me to go back into the line in the drive through. I go there once a week and this is my last time I will ever goto this location. The owner is not a nice person and I've personally heard him talk bad about this customers. I happened to beon the end of this one. Great staff but horrible owner.
