When I arrived home, the 5 pieces chicken finger I ordered was apparently undiscovered cut in what seemed two whole finger cut to make 5 pieces. I returned at this place to 1152 s. hairston rd. stone mountain, ga 30088, where the food was bought and went in and spoke to the manager. After she had shown her the inconspicuous and agitating spectacle with fingering, she immediately asked a replacement 5 piece from behind. I ordered a wing and dinge, and the breagne told me that I had to go outside and get into the driving thru line and would have to give up my order. I reminded her that I came back because of zaxby's mistake and if she could take one and take the order. she said the company does not take orders after 21:00 clock. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy, adaptability and customer service that the management team has shown. we need to go better
Today I visited this place in my lunch break. there was a problem with my eating, so I returned a few hours later. the manager, william, has corrected the situation without problems. I liked that.
Everytime I try to order here on doordash there's an issue. Even if I go through the drive through myself it's incredibly slow to the point where I end up leaving. I understand that Zaxbys takes a little longer because they make your food to order supposedly, but still. Absolutely unaccetaptable.
This location has good friendly service, but they're just slow getting the food out like most restaurants these days. However, none of them are as fast as the Zaxby's in Chamblee on Peachtree Industrial, that's the best one in the metro area.
