Shell - Stokenchurch

I have never encountered such bad customer service. Agressive and very rude. I’m truly shocked that customers are met with such contempt.

I was there on December 17th, 2021 on the way to Scotland. A very friendly young woman with short hair and a tattoo was on duty. Then I met my rescuer who helped me by paying for me. Unfortunately he was quickly gone with his white car and I could only give him my white orchid through the car window ... Was a happy evening, was very grateful and bless the stranger and will never forget it. This gas station is my lucky place.

Rear window wiper ripped off in Shell Stokenchurch car wash and they blamed user error, found 7 other people it happened to just in my village! They refuse to accept responsibility. Avoid them for sure!

Staff often make mistakes and refuse to apologise. Poor customer service.

Great friendly staff. Good food and so clean. This is the best Shell station I have visited. Costa machines are always spotless. A big thank you to all the staff.
