Chloe provided excellent service - she was very helpful and polite, making her a valuable asset to the team. The food was rated a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
Recieved appalling customer service today(3/9)i walked up to the counter at 6.55(5 minutes ahead of closing time)to be told they were closing and they couldn 't serve me?I asked the young femail assistant if they had removed,and thrown away the food as it was not yet 7.00?again she said we are closing i challenged her about the fact it was not yet closing time and at that point,her colleague abruptly told her to serve him (obviously aware of my right to raise this with trading standards)On receiving my meal,i politely said you can go home now but there was no acknowledgement,thanks or apology and she just nervously turned her back on me.its my opinion that subway need to allocate far more resources towards basic customer service training as this was an embarrassment!
