Mcdonald's Restaurants - Stoke-on-Trent

Ordered for family of 5. Place was practically empty however we could not sit in as literally every table was covered in rubbish and half eaten food. Every single table bar none despite there only being 2 other people in the place.They then messed up our order so we got some of the meal 20 minutes after the rest. Spoke to manager however she and the rest of the staff clearly couldn 't care less. It wasn 't their usual restaurant . As a family we very rarely complain but this place was so filthy that we will need to take this further. Honestly cannot believe how dirty and messy it was. An absolute disgrace.

Last week got served by a lovely boy called conner was so helpful and today got served by a lady called sandra they are all so polite : will be returning

Just ordered from here i ordered 4 double cheese burgers to get no cheese on them at all so we try to call them up what take over 40 mins for some one to pick the phone up and there we get told to get in contact with justeat what take us 30 mins to get hold of them to get told to take photos of the unedable food what as now gone in the bin and still got no wher with it all not happy at all

Without doubt this must be the worst Maconalds around we went for something quick to eat to find members of staff smoking by the main entrance so this was not nice to see when you have a child with you, the tables were also very dirty so my wife at to clean them so much for the we will clean your table policy, once the food arrived its was very cold and my daughters happy meal was missing from the order, to say we were not very happy would be understatement, some massive alteraciones need doing at this Macdonalds because its absolutely disgusting with staff that need to know the ins and outs of staff costume relationships!!!!!!

Very impressed with the social distancing procedures today at McDonald’s. Limited people allowed indoors at any one point, hand sanitiser before entry, card machines wiped down, tables distanced and staff wearing masks. Food good too. Only downside is you have to pay for sauces now.
