Food service very disappointing. The staff looked like they couldn't be disturbed. Will not return to this restaurant. Daughter spilled a drink asked a member of the staff for wipes only ignored request stood over rigid in the distance

Evening buffet I was doubtful after reading some of the reviews, but was really pleasantly surprised! There was great choice, beautiful joints of meat, a wide selection of companions, all hot. The salad was fresh and a lot of choice. I was a little disappointed, it wasn’t “caribbean food” as described, but my guys at the age of 6 and 9 had 3 records each and I also enjoyed seconds. Breakfast terrible. The bacon was all fat, the eggs were gummy and cold, the mushrooms tasted nothing. We had some bowls of muesli. Seriously disappointing

About affordable bad quality food set in a closet of a restaurant. Miss manages poor would not recommend. Chaotic overwhelming culinary experience with tables full of dirty plates and staff running around with a clear lack of leadership. I wouldn't call it a restaurant more like a school dining room. Even the bar was disappointing flat beer and dirty glasses. Breakfast was better organized and well occupied. We're back in Alton Towers.

Great overnight stay for a family of 5 , food had an excellent choice for adults and children and all with full stomach. Large atmosphere all around
