Went to Charley’s with my family to enjoy a delicious meal but to my surprise it was the opposite. The lady taking the orders (Chinese lady) was so rude, my son went to pick up an order and she started screaming at my 8 year old son that the order wasn’t he’s, mind you he had the receipt to the order. She literally made him cry and was screaming at him in front of everybody. This was the worst service ever and wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here. The food is alright, but the service provided is the worst.Kid-friendliness: Old Female staff member was screaming at my son for picking up he’s order. She literally made him cry. Worst service.

Chicken cheesesteaks were absolutely delicious!! Steak cheesteaks are delicious as well. I absolutely love the French fries!!!!

Second time here and the food as well as service was great.
