Bidra med feedbackVisited this location for a quick dessert. Not very busy, and the service was quick and helpful. Was able to try different flavors of ice cream before committing to a flavor. Ended up selecting the yummy Pumpkin Spice flavor with my favorite Strawberry Cheesecake. My significant other selected the dairy free ice cream options. We purchased 2 waffle cones with 2 scoops each for less than $10. We thought that was really good. The ice cream tasted amazing and was perfect. The cones weren't stale. Everyone ended up happy and satisfied with the ice cream selections (non-dairy).
Did you know they can make milk shakes from any of their icecream flavors?? Another successful mission with the family! ????????
I like the World Class Chocolate flavor, Gold Medal Ribbon. I don't get BR much these days because I don't want the corn syrup solids. Service is good at the store.
Warning: LONG review Ok, so I went to place an order and noticed the sign that they only allow 2 people in at a time (because of the current COVID-19 situation, understandably). I saw 2 people go in so I waited outside. Those people were together and were taking FOREVER to place their order. Now unlike your employees, Baskin Robins, I do not get paid per hour and if I am even 5 minutes late, my ratings tend to go down which means I get less hours if my driver privileges get reduced due to bad customer ratings. So....I got desperate as time passed by because I was supposed to be on my way to the customers house at that point. So I opened the door and politely asked if one of the two people would mind stepping outside so I could place my order as I had to leave. The customers looked at me like I was crazy and the employee asked me to please wait outside. I was annoyed because out of consideration it wouldn 't have killed one of them to step out as again, they were together and only one was actually placing the order, but fine....i kept waiting. When it was FINALLY my turn, the woman behind me walked in along with me and as I stepped up to the counter the employee walked around, went straight to the woman that had been behind me and said I am SO sorry for the wait, how can I help you ....COMPLETELY ignoring me! While the other employee started washing some things. I audibly said Wow, really? But I was ignored until the employee was done washing her blender. She then started my order but then left me to help the other woman TOO. So now BOTH of them were attending her and I was left waiting.....again. The woman that was behind me left before me obviously and as they were working on my order 2 men walked in (they were together). They started helping them, without batting an eye. They did not tell them only one could come in or anything. At that point I was ANGRY. WHY the difference in treatment? Why did I have to wait outside when just like the two men I could have plac
I purchased a Graduation cake online on 5/24/20 from West Lane Baskin Robins in Stockton. I didn?t get to pick it up, so I sent someone else. When it was time to do the cake, it was all messed up. The side of the cake with the trimmings was falling apart and the picture online of the cake wasn?t what I received. I got small photo of my daughters picture on top of the cake and it wasn?t even centered.Online it shows the picture covering the whole top of the cake. I paid and extra $7.99 for them to print the picture and it looked nothing like what I ordered. They did a very sloppy job. I called to make a complaint, and a spoke with the manager named Chevy. He had to go back and forth with the owner to ask for permission on what he should do. Originally, he said he would give me another cake but he had to clarify it with the owner first. When I told him to call me back right away, but he didn?t. I called him back myself, going back-and-forth on this whole thing with the cake in the middle of trying to celebrate my daughter?s birthday and graduation. He then offers to give me half the cost back on top of that he said we can go ahead and eat the cake. We did. He called back and the owner said he would only give me 20% back instead of the 50%. I asked, ?What happened to the 50%?? Without any explanation, he told me the owner would only give the 20%. I told him if that was the case I would have returned the entire cake without eating it. I suggested he talked to the owner again, but then he hung up. I was very disappointed in him as a manager? from telling me one thing, to needing permission from the owner only a few short minutes after, to only get hung up on. I called the next day but haven?t heard from him since. It?s very disappointing to see a lack of leadership within this store as well as a polite and assuring customer service.
