Mcdonald's - Stockton-on-Tees

The restaurant has lovely personnel, but they are very slow in serving customers.

McDonald's is the worst by far. The food is always cold, items are often missing, orders are incorrect, and machines are frequently broken. I never thought it was possible to have something go wrong every time I visit, but unfortunately, that is the reality.

The service at this restaurant was great, I would rate it a 4 out of 5.

Often disappointing here. Today I got half a portion of average tasting fries. Burger was thrown together inaccurately. Coffee was fine. Drive thru was quiet at lunchtime but often it’s not. Car park is very small with tiny spaces.

I wasnt sure how to use the kiosks so i went to the young lady at the till, very friendly and helpful, thanks isabella!
