Wide mixed variety of food and drink, very fresh and delicious products, keep coming back for more, save my life when I'm in need of a steak they bring it right to my door. BABUCHI, formerly known as Tiffin, served me 5 day old cakes that were dry and tasted off. I spent about £42 on desserts, and only 1 out of the 5 was enjoyable. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with abusive language and told that I was wrong. The delivery driver even insinuated that I would only get a refund if he deemed the cakes to be bad. I found this response to be unacceptable, especially considering that the cakes were brought in on Wednesday and it was now Sunday. The overall experience was a disgrace, and I will not be ordering from them again. Even after complaining about the food, the delivery guy arrived much later, waking up my household. In the end, I was only refunded £15, which I found to be insulting after the unnecessary abuse I received. I will never order from BABUCHI again. The most expensive plate of nothing I've ever eaten. Would love to leave a food review but the website does not place your order but is happy to snatch your money through a no longer existant company called Yo Yo. The staff at Tiffin were horrifically rude and basically made out that it was my error and that I myself placed the order through Yo Yo. I did no such thing. I've never even heard of such a company till just now. Staff refuse to accept that it is an error on their part and the fact it was their own website that took the payment through Yo Yo. Why would I use a company that firstly ive never heard of and secondly doesn't even exist? I ordered on Tiffins own website via Google! Staff shouting over me down the phone!!! So basically just did £40 in for a plate of fresh air! Crooks! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Absolutely disgusted!

The worst customer service ever experienced.. order direct from tiffin website and didn't get confirmation of the order but took the money. Then blamed us for using the website.
