When they finish the meat from their curry, they make small chip kebabs and use it to mop the sauce. balti exotica is absolutely equisite. order this always because they can garunteeee, someone else in their family has already ordered the lamb rogan josh and the chicken bhuna. they are great portions, so they will not end it, so they eat most of them, the rest of there, and save them the rest of them to the breakfast. onehandedly the best curry in somester
