Zocalo Kungsgatan 25 - Stockholm

I have ordered food many times at Zocalo and more than once I have gotten regular cheese on my food.. I can usually tell that it does not look correct and they have given me a new dish with vegan cheese after. But still it’s annoying that even when you order vegan from start you have to poke around in your food and have your friends taste before you can start eating. When they do get it correct it’s really good though!

I frequently ordered food from Zocalo, and I've encountered the issue of receiving regular cheese on my orders more than once. While I appreciate that they have introduced a new dish with vegan cheese, it's still frustrating that even when I specifically order vegan, I often have to sift through my meal and taste my friends' dishes before I can be certain mine is safe to eat. However, when they do get it right, the food is truly excellent!

While there aren't any explicit vegan options on the menu, they are willing to customize dishes to make them vegan! I ordered a burrito filled with rice, beans, and a spicy habanero sauce (just a tip: avoid the habanero cream as it's not vegan). Overall, it was quite tasty! Great food court! I recommend trying the vegan pulled vegetables with jackfruit. The vegan strips are also really tasty!
