What'soup - Stockholm

I opted for the French saffron soup, and oh my goodness, it was absolutely amazing! I had no expectations since I'm not typically a big soup person, but this was something special. The aromas were delightful—the rich saffron cream mingled beautifully with the lemon dill aioli. The soup also contained generous chunks that tasted like pumpkin, adding to its heartiness. I couldn’t resist trying the grilled cheese, which looked incredibly tempting. My dreams of perfectly melted vegan cheese came to life—it was incredibly indulgent! Hornstulls Marknad is a recurring market held every weekend, at least during the summer. When I visited, it mainly featured food trucks along with a handful of vendors selling crafts and second-hand clothes. There’s a lovely seating area overlooking the water along the promenade, which stretches for several kilometers behind Tantolunden Park. I highly recommend visiting What'soup!
