Ariana Restaurang Pizzeria - Stockholm

I tried to overlook what seemed like a misunderstanding due to a language barrier, but the disrespectful treatment I experienced at this restaurant was unacceptable. My friends and I had planned to order Persian food for New Year's. A friend called during the day to inquire about delivery to our location on the island, which was only 12 minutes away, and was told it was possible. Later, I called to place the order and asked about additional items and delivery cost. The person on the phone not only failed to provide a clear answer but also rudely stated they didn't have time to serve me in person. When I tried calling again, no one answered. Frustrated, my friend, who speaks Swedish fluently, called and was met with the same disrespectful attitude, being told they had not received any previous orders. It's baffling how a restaurant can operate without understanding customer service. Language was not the issue, as my Swedish-speaking friend faced the same treatment. I have no intention of ever returning to this establishment and will be sure to warn others against it. If they cannot treat customers with respect, one can only imagine how they handle food preparation. If possible, I would give this place zero stars. It's a disgrace, never again!

This restaurant is fantastic! It offers great value and the food is incredibly delicious. I love that it is not pretentious, but still serves delicious meals.

This restaurant has the best authentic Afghan cuisine. I highly recommend trying the Kabuli Pulao.

I have to say this is the worst pizza I've ever tested on Swedish.
