Best place for tapas! We celebrated my friend's birthday at the restaurant and one of the waitresses overheard us talking about it so she came with a drink and a candle
I went in for a celebratory dinner with my friend. They were accommodating, I called them to book and then called to change the time. They hadn't updated the booking and the head waiter commented on it but smiled. We ordered 5 dishes, I had to ask for bread, 3/5 of the dishes were great but the other 2 had no seasoning at all and one dish was floating in tasteless oil. It was snowing that day so it was nice in the sense that there was practically no one there for a while but in an almost empty restaurant they seated people right next to us which was weird. The waitresses were very sweet, and the sangria was too (I could have done with less sugar in it). The summary: the location is good, the atmosphere is nice and the food was mostly good as the service but you can see the potential of how they could improve it.
Stopped by for dinner after a long flight from the US as it was close to my hotel and open on a Sunday night. Ordered: Razor clams in garlic and lemon sauce (85 kr): The main reason I chose this as razor clams are not common in the US. Unfortunately the clams were a bit over cooked and tasted like they were previously frozen. The flavors were solid though. 3.5/5 Rack of lamb (98 kr): Excellent seasoning, very tasty. Cooked medium so would ask for medium rare if you prefer that. 4.5/5 Garlic bread (39 kr): generously seasoned with garlic and butter. 4/5 The decor and service seemed a bit touristy but the flavors were bold and prices reasonable, so would say this is a solid choice in the neighborhood.
Great place with nice latin music. You can also practice your Spanish. I recommend the calamares and the churros con chocolates but not the ceviche with shrimps. I was just very surprise to see the price of the sangria 45€ the liter when it is only 12€ in Spain.
