Aira - Stockholm

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, the food prepared by the chefs was exquisite, and the drinks were fantastic. The building itself was beautiful. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, it was definitely worth it. If I had to give some feedback, the tasting menu could be improved and some of the rooms could use a little sprucing up. The "tsukune" dish was good, but it was the only one that didn't quite wow me. Thank you.

Amazing dinner! This restaurant is on an impressive journey, and I believe they will earn their second Michelin star in the near future. The dishes were fantastic, creative, and filled with amazing flavors. The alcohol-free pairings were a bit hit or miss, with some like the gooseberries sorrel and tomato water not quite hitting the mark, but others like the rhubarb were heavenly. The standard wine pairing was delicious and well curated, including some rare gems. The location is simply stunning, striking a beautiful balance between modern and intimate. A very welcome alternative in the city, especially after Frantzen.

This restaurant is definitely in the top 3 in Stockholm, in my opinion. The food is excellent, the service is impeccable, and the setting overlooking Stockholm is wonderful.

Breathtaking place and high quality cooking. a star restaurant that presses on two stars. I would return to brioche with goat butter. also loved to serve the extra cheese. excellent!

That was an incredible experience! great service, stunning eating that was prepared by the chefs, stunning drinks in a beautiful building. there is nothing to complain about what it was worth. if I have to give some critique at the tasting menu and some room for improvement, then it is likely the chronological “tsukune”, it was good, but it was probably the only dish that did not have a wow experience many thanks
