O'Charley's - Stockbridge

My family and I eat almost every week at O'Charley's in Stockbridge. I prefer grilled chicken and for a long time it was perfectly divided chest over rice, tender and juicy. The last 4 or 5 times I ordered grilled chicken, the part is 1/2 the original size, it was dry, and hard. Instead we go to Longhorn (and it's a good piece further away), because their grilled chicken choices are very delicate, very juicy and the portion size is twice as you are now. You cost a little more, but it's worth it. Please return to your original great quality. Thank you.

The last 4 or 5 times I've ordered grilled chicken, the portion is 1/2 the orginal size, it has been dry, and tough. We have been going to Longhorn instead (and it's a good deal further away) because their grilled chicken choices are very tender, very juicy and the portion size is twice what yours is now. Theirs does cost a bit more, but it is worth it. Please return to your original great quality. Thanks.

We went on our way to Florida. It was after 8:00 when we stopped for dinner. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They didn't let us feel in a hurry, although it was almost time to close. You were really nice. We have asked some questions to eat and they could give answers to everything. The food was hot and good, which really surprised me. I usually do not enjoy meals of restaurants like this, as it is usually very bland. That was good and tasteful. We all enjoyed our meal and the service we received.

The fish and chips were very good. Like the service. Tionna was great! Very personal and friendly and attentive.

I ordered to leave. placing the order with the employees was easy, accurate and ready when promised. The food was even better than I visited many, many months ago. But be aware. Neither the hostess nor the servers were masked, and the hostess could not answer the question whether they were socially distant in the seating areas.
