Bidra med feedbackAfter my experience before last, little Caesars has lost much of it's luster for me. To be made to wait outside the store for 15 minutes without explanation only to be told at the moment of closing that they are only taking online orders was a bit too much. Had i been told that when i originally walked up, it could have easily gone to a competitor and ordered with them. Little Caesars has, by their own hands, made themselves a much lower priority for me. I'll only do business with them again if I'm feeding multiple people.
Came in on Thursday. My order to 1.32pm. Jalen gave me my change, but no receipt, so I asked for one. He was somewhat rude throughout the transaction, although he might have had a bad day, whatever. I ordered a Hot N Ready cheese and a Hot N Ready oven roasted wings. I'm okay waiting 5 minutes or so for a hot N Ready though it's not ready when I order. I'm here at my lunch break because I thought it was fast. At 13:51, another customer had to ask for an update and Jalen said it would be out now. At that time when I come back to the office, my lunch break is quite over, but tried to be patient, so we waited. We've got ourselves at 13:55. #491657 August 25,2022
This was my first time at this location. When I arrived my order was in the oven waiting to be picked up. Only to find out I was missing 2 other items I ordered. The pizza that was ready was not to my liking, it was broken up and seemed to have been cooked to long. I was already late picking my pizza up and my order still wasn?t ready. So after standing in a long line I finally got to the counter to see about my order and to see if they could replace my flat bread pizza. The extra one they had in the oven waiting looked just like the one I had smh. I asked if they could make me another one she said no not at this time. Like what I was willing to wait and everything. I?m so disappointed with my visit!!!!!
So I been in the Stockbridge area for about three years now. And I use this location for my family for dinner from time to time. It use to be a hit or miss on the quality of food and customer service. But with new management (Shaunna C) taking over I can only appreciate the turn around. Great customer service better quality of my pizza and just a overall pleasure of the service in general. We need more managers like Ms Shaunna. Definitely will be returning more often. Thank you Ms Shaunna ??
Stopped by today Shauna had the best customer service. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, was super friendly, went the extra mile ,because it was slow, to bring my pizza out halfway to me. Thank you!
