Bidra med feedbackFrom all Dunkin Donuts. This is by far the best! I go to this church every Sunday morning to get coffee for the divine services. When I first went there, they were just kind and generous. You have great and fast service, know me with name and have my order ready every Sunday when I get there. One of the winners even gave me some extra freebies for my weekly business! Most importantly, their attitude to their customers is excellent and welcoming! If you need a dunkin, go to Hudson Bridge!
This was one of the best experiences I 've ever had anywhere. I am a very attentive consumer and I notice little things as I shop. Here, I noticed that everyone was neatly and professionally dressed, smiling and courteous, helpful with suggestions and reminiscent of the way fast food restaurants took care of customers. Even though I didn 't feel my wait was all that long, the manager clearly did. She asked me what my favorite donut was...and gave me a complimentary one for my inconvenience and long wait. When my drink was being made incorrectly, the manager noticed and corrected the barista, but did it in a non embarrassing tone. It actually sounded like a big family working together as a team. They all responded to each other respectfully with Yes ma 'am and No ma 'am . As I turned to walk away, I noticed I didn 't have the apple fritter I purchased...the server quickly and sincerely apologized and took care of it for me. The young ladies and their manager were awesome. They are a credit to their store, Dunkin and the entire fast food service industry.
Not to Dunkin went to Bojangles next door. Your country ham cookies was great.
This is the third time they don?t listen to me! I specifically said I am dangerously allergic to cheese and they KEEP GIVING ME CHEESE. Lost a customer.
Lady, the orders are bitter. She really doesn't stop what you order and always gets WRONG. Anyone who owns this location must read the reviews. Don't try to ruin another day just because you hate your life, Shrug.
