Bidra med feedbackI submitted my order at 11:20. Tyler called me at 11:30 to ask me if I met to put light barbecue sauce and I said no, I wanted light tomato sauce. He said okay and said my order should be with me soon. At 12:27am I called back the store and I spoke to Tyler who told me that my food would be in 20 minutes, and here it is 1:22am and I still have received my food yet I got a call from the store or Amanda the van!! VERY BAD BUSINESS is NOT ORDER OF THIS STORE
My kids absolutely love the cheese pizza here. It always arrives hot, even with delivery. Compared to other Domino's locations, this one is definitely the best. The staff is friendly, and I'm disappointed to see some negative reviews. If their delivery is going to be late, they always call to let me know. The service is very good. I ordered online, and the app notifies me when the delivery person is just 5 minutes away. Curbside pickup is even faster!
The Hudson Bridge location is quite disappointing. On multiple occasions, I’ve ordered through the Domino’s app and waited for 1-2 hours without receiving my delivery. When I call the store, they often mention that they’re behind or have only one driver available, and they even ask if I want to cancel my order. I remember a time when you would get free food if you had to wait 30 minutes, but I guess that's why they discontinued that policy. In the end, I ended up ordering from either Pizza Hut or Little Caesars. The food is good when you can actually get it.
The wait time was excessively long, and when the food finally arrived, it wasn’t worth the wait at all. The dishes were lukewarm, the wings were soggy and cold, and we ended up not eating them. I’ll definitely choose a different place next time.
I had a disappointing experience with my pizza order. It sat in the store for an hour after being made and was never delivered. When I called to inquire about the delay, the woman on the phone was so unhelpful that it made it difficult for me to even articulate my order. I've been a loyal Domino's customer for years and have never had an issue until now. Unfortunately, you've lost my business.
