Burger King - Stjoerdal

I ordered a burger for the kids. The burger patty was disgusting, like it had been cooked in very old oil. I had to throw everything in the trash.

I received the incorrect order multiple times. The food was rated a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 2.

It's alright, food is good but kinda expensive. The people working there are usually very helpful. Can't say much about the inside of the shop, it's clean I guess? I waited for over 10 minutes at window 2 to receive my food at the restaurant. The man taking orders seemed to have forgotten about me as he chatted with other employees. More cars arrived behind me, but there was no movement in the line. This was my worst experience at this restaurant, despite being a regular customer. It was around 9:00 p.m., but the lack of customer service was disappointing. The employee seemed to disregard my presence as a customer. I believe it may be beneficial for the restaurant to evaluate their employees and consider whether they are fit for the job.
