Went for the $14.99 all you can eat menu. Tried all 6 dishes. Dahi puri 5/5 (nicely filled) Pani Puri 4/5 (potato filling could be better) Bhel Puri 3/5 (too sweet, not spicy at all) Sev Puri 2/5 (very dry) Vada Pav 3/5 (missing chutney kick) Dabeli 1/5 (not good at all) Serving speed was not bad. However the staff was reluctant to provide us panipuri water for 4 people all together. We had to request refills several times which took time and it killed the vibe of eating out together and enjoying the meals. Also ordered a dosa which was served soggy, cut in half. The name of the restaurant is 'Dosa Plaza ' and the way my Dosa was served was a bit disappointing. Customer service wise, I wouldn 't rate this place very highly as the manager did not seem welcoming. I 'm not sure if he was rude but just his way of communication was a bit off putting. Manager would not let us sit on the table we liked even when we were the first customers for dinner today and all tables were free. Windows were dirty as hell, we thought the restaurant is not even open for business until we opened the door and saw the smile-less manager (probably the owner). We had to write our order ourselves on a given piece of paper using a pencil they provided. I don 't understand why didn 't they take our order like every other place. The 2 guys who were serving the food were good, polite and considerate. 1 star for these 2 guys and the other 1 star for dahi and pani puris. Hope my feedback helps

A couple of days ago visited me and my family this restaurant and first it looks like a decent place, but if they actually enter, the architecture is terrible and slandered. first, it is a kind, but since they have to pay a lot, they can cost to eat which only contain about 5 dishes, they do not treat customers there on the decent standard as soon as they pay for everything they can eat. they are literally not allowed to order anything unless they pay for everything they can eat and pay us $19.00 for literally 1 chocolate milkshake the size of a teaspoon. while we ate the owner, we were threatened to sue if we had not eaten all our food. if they want to order, they write the order themselves and if they ask someone who they say in a lashy voice, “I don’t know.” After we had eaten the disgusting and dirty, we had to pay each time in front of the door so that we left as soon as we have finished eating and paid. this place is terrible and I would give him zero stars if possible. they don't come unless they try to punish someone or want to see how müll looks.

1:30 pm Wednesday restaurant closed, although website mentions it should be open. Very disappointed. Had travelled long way

Just went this evening at 6.30pm, we were 5 adults together. Restaurant was empty, occupied a 8 people table and were settling down, there appeared the demon abusing us to get up and sit where he shows us and we sat there where he dictated. The clown came again and said, we need to order a buffet of street panipuri food for 14.99 all we could eat and said rudely if we leave a single pani puri or little extra food too on plate he will charge us 100 extra for leaving food on the plate and to eat wisely and not waste a single pani puri. The way he threatened us as if we were beggers. We told him show us the other menu to select, he said no menu card but need to eat this street food buffet of 14.99 only. He was so ill mannered, rude and abusive, looks he is mentally ill and needs immediate mental treatment or he is highly egotistic, pride and head weight which will only ruin him and will close down the Restaurant within a few months. God save this horrible demon. Anyway we left that hell, drove to Topi Restaurant where we were welcomed like God's, treated us with respect and kindness, had a hearty meal. Please thinkover 4 times before you visit this hell on earth, crazy man and cheap, selfish, ****, rude satan.
