L'istrione - STILO

One of the best meals we had on our trip around Calabria. Seafood ravioli was fresh and delicious. Local beer was spot on and one of the best espressos I’ve ever had! This place is worth the trip to Stilo alone!

Homemade pasta, grilled fish, good local wine. Parking is available. Helpful staff. Really good restaurant.

Dishes we ate were indigenous to the region, all beautifully prepared by the attentive staff. Every dish was delicious and everything recommended was spot on. Cost for four with excellent house wines was around 100 euros. If this were in a big city, we wouldn't have gotten out of there for under $250.00. Highly recommend if you are smart enough to travel to Stilo and take in a true Italian experience.
