Bidra med feedbackWe visited on Monday evening in juli. we sat on the small and pleasant garden. we were served by a very polite and attentive waitress. our dog was allowed to join us and was treated as politely as we were. we were offered melone, with smoked prosciutto as an amuse bouche. for beginners we had: baby spinat salat with roasted kiefernüssen (fresh and crispy, kiefernüsse nice roasted, vinaiigrette a little on the oily side) and lemon carpaccio with smoked salmon and avocado (sounded better than it tastes: good idea, but very strongly dominated by the lemon). for the net we had fish carousel that is a lot of 4 sautéed fish varieties with champagne risotto (all well, some fish varieties were more successful than others: the best was perch with saffron sauce; thunfisch had a really nice coating, but was a bit overdue; risotto was perfectly balanced. the wee we chose was not appropriate, but it is our fault that we should have requested a recommendation. the price was what I would expect for this level of the restaurant: 2-course dinner, including prosecco, a glass wine and a digestive case summed up up to 165 chf (41 chf the main). I would try something different from fish again, which is a hard scale in Switzerland.

The shears were led in the course of the years of different parties, some more successful than others. the current team of priska and hugo has however guided a restaurant up to a t; everything works from pleasant staff to the delicious dressed. recently we have...Bowls of the giant cream soup, followed by fried leber and hash-browns and bark strawganoff. all were great, but the Stroganoff tops the list; we warmly recommend this plate. very good wee are available from the glass so they do not have to worry about the trip to the house. there are different rooms in which to dine, including the attractive winter garden, and several free parkings both down and beside the restaurant. Although in a higher price carrier, this is a restaurant in which we feel quite comfortable as it is not suffy. excellent eating in a pleasant atmosphere, served by cheerful staff.
We visited on a Monday evening in July. We sat on the small and pleasant garden. We were served by a very polite and attentive waitress. Our dog was allowed to join us and was treated equally politely as we were. We were offered melon with smoked prosciutto as amuse-bouche. For starters we had: baby spinach salad with roasted pine nuts (fresh and crispy, pine nuts nicely roasted, vinaigrette a little bit on the oily side) and lemon carpaccio with smoked salmon and avocado (sounded better than it tasted: good idea, but very strongly dominated by the lemon.) For mains we had fish carousel wich is a variety of 4 sautéed fish sorts with champagne risotto (overall good, some fish sorts were more successful than others: the best was perch with saffron sauce; tuna had a really nice coating, but was a bit overdone; risotto was perfectly balanced.) The wine we chose was not matching, but it's our fault, we should have asked for a recommendation. The price was what I would expect for this level of restaurant: 2-course dinner, including Prosecco, a Glas of wine and a digestif summed up to 165 CHF (41 CHF the mains.) I would visit again to try something other than fish, which is admittedly a tough benchmark in Switzerland.
Have eaten here for lunch. very flexible offer - due to the temperatures, a lot was simply offered with salat as a fitness plate. but decided to ..: summer salad with leber to the appetizer fish carousel with champagne risotto as the mainland very tasty especially the different sauces to the different fishes.Although all the most diverse combinations of pre-
